911 Implementation Manager

EASE Automations Network Implementation team currently has a 911 Implementation Manager positions open to support the successful deployment of Next Gen 911 services to our customers. We are looking for team members who have a true passion for servicing customers with care. Our team builds strong relationships with our customers ensuring timely delivery of services while managing project timelines.

This role will be responsible for obtaining accurate information for creating customer orders, provide a consistent interface for all elements of services, to ensure actions are taken to drive operational completion. Team members who can work collaboratively with customers and internal teams from beginning to end of project. Manage day-to-day tasks and communicate project status to external and internal stakeholders as needed. Create and foster external relationships while driving deadlines and actions by leading project discussions during customer calls. In addition to direct customer contact, this position will be responsible for maintaining regular communication across various departments including but not limited to 911 Program Managers, Network Provisioning, Translations and Operations.

8+ years of experience as a Network Implementation Manager collaborating with the Network Provisioner to process ASR’s to the LEC.

• Experience in 9-1-1 routing solutions and services (NextGen 9-1-1, and/or wireline, VoIP, Wireless 9-1-1 call routing).
• Experience in technical project/program management.
• Communication, Written – Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.
• Minimum 8+ years Customer Service experience working in telecommunications industry.
• Working knowledge of DS0, DS1, DS3, OC-X, IP, and GigE provisioning operations.
